Wanting to shorten a video...

capture that I took this morning while drawing my newest addition to my gallery, "Tink". the only problem is that it's two hours long. How can I speed it up enough to where it's only 8-9 minutes long?

ive always wondered that and ive really never known XD
But! I used the magicalness that is google and here are two diffrent versions i found (and now plan on trying myself XD)
